Called them with an issue after some years. I knew there would be no warranty but it wasn't that big of a deal. Just the fact that the jackass who answered claimed that the former company was out of business yet he is in the SAME business using the same phone number and a slightly different web domain name.
My bullsh*t meter ringing loudly, I asked for some helop with locating some parts and the clown was pretty sure to tell me that he had no way of helping me other than telling me possibly how to identify the door manufacturer and to go to their web site.
I know one company that I won't be calling for service. I don't like using big national companies and I try to keep my business for well regarded local providers, but that seems to be a risky proposition here in ATL.

How do you know it's not a new company? It could be the same phone number, same locations, same owner, and same people working there, and yet be a different corporate entity.
