I found what I thought was a good deal on Airbnb. I was looking for a room for my cat and I and I was told before I paid-it was OK to have a pet. After I paid, Anita who goes under the name of Sofia and Ed, said her dogs would not get along with my cat. She then backed out. I couldn't get my refund back from Airbnb. I couldn't even get in touch with them. Please be careful! Not everyone on Airbnb has good intentions. And, after you pay, you CAN'T get a hold of Airbnb for help!
