In 2021, I purchased a lifetime membership of USD for GCloudDrive (Unlimited Cloud Storage), GCloudDrive Multiple Computers Addon and GcloudDrive for Automatic Backup from Mr. Ankur Shukla. After a year of use, the account was suddenly deleted and I have been unable to access the product.

The purchased product Drive provides lifetime real-time backups, and it's all discontinued too. Google Drive says my account is deleted and I can't get their support team to reply without a known email.
