In 2014 I bought from Mr Ankur Shukla a lifetime membership to an internet backup service, BACKUP BEAST. For more than a year I have not been able to access the product. Live Drive was providing the lifetime live backup until it suddenly stopped. Live Drive says my email is unknown to them and without a known email i cannot get their support team to reply.

I couldn't get Ankur Shukla's support team to reply either despite many, many messages left on his support page. All my messages have been ignored. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
