SCAMMER ALERT Learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (Cong ty TNHH Tu van dau tu xay dung Architectural Design) and Nguyen Thanh Binh.

He also tries to make fake companies and then change the name to scam more people so careful! Companies are AD Archicturual Design, PHATA Architect, Halin and there's probably more that I don't know of.

The experience I had with Binh is probably the worst I've ever had with any "architect" or "contractor". In the beginning he was adamant about how the house could be built and said that he knew the rules to build from the building department but in fact he had zero knowledge.

Designs that he did were sub-par. I had to hire a 2nd designer out of my own pocket on top of the money I already paid to him just so he could produce some designs that still weren't even professional or accurate. He also at one point asked for the other designer’s files "to make it easier and faster" for him to finish his work.

When it came to getting the approval from the government that's when everything clicked. 100% of all the design work that he did was completely inaccurate, not up to code, and not even consistent with the laws and rules on how structures and the house could even be built.

At the end of the day, we simply asked him to part ways and per the contract indicated these issues and the clause about him returning our funds was the right thing to do. He refused and sent a termination notice immediately.

Binh Nguyen and his company Tu van dau tu xay dung Architectural Design (adarchitect.com.vn / phata.vn) are highly incompetent and fraudulent. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND Binh as you can to avoid the hassle of being scammed. Shame on you Binh, karma will come back on you one day!
