I reached out to Authorized User Tradelines on May 5, 2021 via email after finding their website authorizedusers.com. This site pulls potential customers in to sign up to be added to tradelines as an authorized user and guaranteeing to boost your credit score. I paid this company $850.00 on May 28,2021 via Zelle after I was promised to have 1 tradeline added to my report. Weeks went by and when it was time for my monthly credit report to update there was no tradeline added.

I reached back out to this company to see if there was a problem and to let them know my report didn’t show the promised tradeline I had paid for. I have been given the run around every since and then added promises of 2 tradelines added instead of 1 to rectify the situation and for the inconvenience. I have asked this company to refund me my money as they have not delivered anything that was promised to me and they refuse. This company is a SCAM! Their website is full of lies and false advertisement.
