Beltone hearing aids Sold me a product that fail to perform as advertised Bloomington Minnesota

I purchased ($3ooo apx)  one hearing aid from Beltone 21 Feb of 18.....after many trips back and forth from Falls City, a dozen or so, it still does not function as advertised....they replaced the hearing aid 24 September of 19.....then replaced th top portion again September of 22....in between these times other parts were replaced....I have been unable to rely on this product and it posses a safety hazard to me....I have tried to go through customer service but the rude contact named Dee of the Omaha office hung up on me.....I also tried the web page and filed a complaint but haven’t heard anything....I also feel that I have been scammed and taken advantage of.  They must know they have a product that is sub standard....I doubt if I am alone in this issue....What I want is either a product that consistently performs as advertised or a refund.....
