Bill Waggoner with his alias Warren Mitchell and his mother Sherri Waggoner whom I send the funds to are pathological liars. Never have anything to do with them. It is absolutely guaranteed you will lose. They have ripped off hundreds of person I have found.
Other aliases are Thomas Wade and Larsen Eastman. You can tell looking at his Facebook video blogs he is a degenerate drug addict.
He does not answer his phone unless you mask the number, then he promises to return the funds but of course, it is a lie. I linked the two, Warren Mitchell and Waggoner by cross-referring addresses and emails and that a link from Facebook Waggoner goes to "Warren Mitchell" Youtube channel.

Any complaint I had, I have come to understand Sherri was not responsible. Also, I believe the terms of our previous agreement have been met and if I could I would delete this report.
