Biote Overdose Caused Massive Hair loss Irving TX

I went to a Biote provider who overdosed me, a female, on testosterone which caused massive hair loss.  After two months my testosterone level was still 171.  When contacted I was told:

Unfortunately, XXXX had already discontinued offering pellet therapy through Biote when you received your pellets, so you will need to get in touch with her to discuss the negative effects that you are having from the pellets that she administered to you as they were not pellets used by providers in the Biote network. XXXX can also provide to you the name of the pharmacy where she received the pellets she administered to you for you to reach out and file a complaint and open an investigation on the pellets that you received causing your hair loss. 

XXXXs credentials are BSN, RN. While she is a registered nurse that cannot prescribe medications, she is working under the supervision and guidance of an MD. As an RN, she may be relaying the MD's recommendations, not her own. I understand that you do not agree with the recommendation she gave you, and as this is your health, you do not have to take the recommendation if the current medication that you are on is not causing you any problems.  Optimal female testosterone levels while on testosterone supplementation is 150- 250. Having a testosterone level of 171 two months after insertion is within that optimal range.
