Hello, here are the red flags:

1) They have changed their co name several times over the years. It appears that the scammers live in PA and FL and have set up this website to prey on vulunerable dog owners. 

2) Their domain registration is protected so you cannot see who owns it. And they do not have any contact information listed. Usually there is a custodian who will oversee private domains. If you were a legit business, you would make yourself accessible to your customers.

3) They use a server to send emails "travelnationlive.com" has nothing to do with a pet company. 

4) Zero customer service. Their website says money back guaranteed. I never received the product and thanks to PayPal's customer protection policy I received my money back. They have a fake ticket submission that doesn't work. They don't return emails. No way to call. I checked their co's registration, not officially registered with the state. 

5) They only use Paypal. Big read flag. Paypal makes it easy to transfer money for scammers.

6) I found a number for them and the mailbox is full. You cannot leave a message.

7) I sent several email messages to ask for a refund as soon as I purchased and received no email. In fact, Paypal emailed them and they didn't return the emails either. If Paypal pays them anyway, I'd say they are evil geniuses. 

8) They are violating their ISP provider's terms and conditions as it's clear they are scamming people and taking their money.  I find Paypal, their ISP and their domain provider complicit in their fraud by allowing them to continue to operate their site and payment.

9) This company has nailed marketing message. Don't fall for it. I did because I was desparate. 

10) Don't mess with me and my dog.

Also if you are the owner of this company and you are reading this, whether you believe in God or Karma or nothing at all, what goes around comes around. I don't have to move a finger. It's the law of the universe. And if you believe in reincaration, you are so hosed. I'd start running backwards into your mother's womb (if you even have a mother) to see if you can start this life again. What must have happened to you that you turned out this way? You are a horrible human being and a waste of a soul's incarnation.
