Pet Harmonics Co. Sanus Biotex Product is a rip-off / doesn't work / Return policy not honored / Emails not responded to Internet

Pet Harmonics sells a product that is supposed to help with degenerative myleopathy in dogs.

Whether it works or not (which it did not for our dog),  my complaint is that they offer a "A No-Risk 100% Money Back Guarantee"

Not only do they not honor this guarantee, they won't even respond to emails requesting the refund.

Curiously, and I should have realized this at the time, there is no phone number to call them (repeated emails to them have been ignored.)   And, they only take PayPal for payment (no credit cards) so I cannot even dispute the card charge.

This is nothing but a blatant rip-off.  Don't be fooled by their website or their promises of a money-back guarantee.
