Blossom Flower Delivery Bait and switch BUCHANAN mi

I ordered Flowers for my daughter and received a message from Blossom Flowers saying their supplies were low and they didn't have what they needed to send the flowers. but for another $66 more they could hire another florist to make the arrangement and the delivery. I said "No"! Then I received a message saying they had everything needed.

I had my daughter send a picture once the flowers arrived and was totally shocked at the simplicity of the bouquet.

I took the pictures to a local florist and showed him what I thought I purchased and what she recieved, he told me "I got Screwed."

I went back and forth with customer service with them offering me 5% then 10% refund...I just wanted them to do the right thing and re-deliver the correct bouquet. They just flat out lied and denied my request.
