Mynizaga Capital Bob Buchan Advance Fee Scam Dawsonville Georgia

I had the misfortune is being referred to a scam artist named Bob Buchan who runs a fake finance company called Mynizaga Capital.  This guy is a total sleaze.  He talks a very big game and says Mynizaga does billions of dollars of project financing all over the world, yet cannot provide a single case study citing "confidentiality".  When I asked where their funding comes from, he said vaguely that they are backed by some of the richest individuals and families in the world.  He said he can commit over a billion dollars within a few days with pricing at 3.00% per annum.  When I pointed out that that's lower than US treasuries, he pushed back and said I don't understand his business model.  

Here's the scam.  He said his program requires an upfront fee of $25,000 which is non-refundable.  It pays for legal and due diligence and would be credited against his closing fees on the transaction.  The non-refundable nature of this advance fee was an obvious red flag along with all the grandiose representations with no evidence. 

I ended up paying the $25,000.  Bob immediately referred me to another firm who would be performing all the due diligence.  This firm required another $50,000 non-refundable fee to perform diligence.  When I balked, they basically said take it or leave it.  I went back to Bob to complain and get my $25,000 back.  He refused.  It had only been two days.  When pressed, Bob became beligerant and threatened to sue if I complained to the authorities.
 
This is an extremely bad actor.  Unscrupulous.  Under no circumstance should Bob Buchan or Mynizaga be taken seriously as a source of financing.
