Brett Ingram Webhub AI Would not honor their refund policy and didn't provide what I purchased Internet

I purchased this product webhubai bundle for $197 and when I entered the members area I contacted support because I didn't see everything I was supposed to receive. All the upgrades and bonuses were not in my account. Support replied that what I see is what I get so I then asked them for a refund. This was immediately after purchase that I made my refund request because the sales page, upgrades and bonuses were not anything that was in their sales offer. This request was also within their 30 days refund policy. Support and I have gone back and forth for months now as they refuse to issue me a refund. Their last reply to me was an offer of an upgrade that was already supposed to be part of the bundle I purchased instead of giving me a refund. They said when they offered this it was a win win for both of us. Offering me an upgrade when the bundle included every upgrade to begin with is not a win win for me in fact it is a slap in the face. They won't honor their own refund policy and they did not provide me any of the upgrades or bonuses I paid for in the bundle I purchased. They don't even know what I purchased but they can see what I paid which included everything in their offer yet they want to argue back and forth about this when all they have to do is look in my account and see if what I paid for is in there but they won't do that! Totally unprofessional and totally no support that actually cares about me or can help me. Totally unprofessional! They take your money, don't honor their own refund policy and then they just ignore me now. I can't believe someone can get away with this and nothing can be done about it. It's a joke! Where are all the consumer protections in place to prevent this? Non existent!
