Brett Ingram Think Big Publications LLC How to Sell the same product with 2 different names. Internet

I purchased SourceCodeMillions (SCM) from Brett Ingram of thinkbigpublications.com back in 2009 for $497. I have had very little support on the product since the purchase. In early 2010 Brett launched the same product with different name www.mytrafficbusiness.com offering new customers Site Graphics and some additional bonuses for the price of $497. Both the products were same in terms of software used in fact mytrafficbusiness had more customizations that could be added to it. When I requested access to the new product I was turned down several times with the comment that the two products were different. Infact the 2nd product shows the results from the site that was made using SourceCodeMillions. But the customer support rep "Anthony Chreiman" kept turning me down every time stating they were different products.

On top of that they stopped providing me updates for the SCM, apparently the latest version of the code was 1.09 while the one I had on my download page was 1.07. I opened another ticket to get the latest version of the code but they kept closing my ticket stating that the issue was resolved even without providing me the updated code. One of the support rep "sherry g" said I can download my product from one of their member sites but later they deleted the communication from the ticket why would they do that unless they were trying to hide something.

I am attaching all the tickets that i had opened so far so that you can see that these guys are trying to avoid giving me access to the product that I am supposed to get free updates.
