Brothers Logistics, Inc So nasty and trying to ruin our business bc we didn't get unloaded on-time - BEWARE Albany Georgia

Booked a load 12/7 for a driver to pickup on 12/8. Kelly was aware that we had a load to deliver in the morning. Reasonably we should have been empty by 10am. Huge mistake giving that time for many reasons- IN 8:28a / OUT 2:10p. Ivan is rude and unprofessional but since he is one of the owners he's able to behave this way. We had to get setup with this broker and you fill out all of our info and blindly sign the packet. Didn't get to read it prior to signing. It never sent us a copy of the signed packet like it states and it's not in our spam either. Kelly H sent us a blind BOL, no street address for the shipper. We had a load to deliver in the am that went over the time we should have been done and onto the Brothers load. IN 8:28a / OUT 2:10p. They called dispatch at 8:30a and 9a but he was unavailable. He replied to the email at 9:08a and at 9:10a Kelly stating-

apparently not communicating with Ivan that we weren't empty. The driver spoke to Brothers at 8:01a, 8:55a, 9:49a, and 11:21a. He even called the driver being rude and disrespectful bc he wasn't unloaded as if he can help it. Who wants to be stuck somewhere for hours waiting to be unloaded? Who wants to be delayed from their next load? Unfortunately, it's what happens in this business. Ivan hung up on the driver. Dispatch emailed that the driver was still waiting at 12:04p. We began being berated and threatened by Ivan via email starting at 12:01p 12/8...

There are more and it continued until this morning at 11:28a when I asked him to stop contacting us or it's harassment. He told me to do as I have to do bc he can't just leave well enough alone. I told him I'd be contacting the loccal precinct. He didn't email back, thank goodness.

He reported a freighguard all because he cancelled the load due to us not being unloaded timely. I get being upset but being rude and vindictive is unacceptable, unprofessional and slanderous. Got to see this in our inbox after receiving the emotional and abusive freightguard at 10:24am. But hey, seems he enjoys overreacting, over-embellishing, and trying to ruin people's businesses.

Nice try……we have all recorded conversation…..have the blind bol with all addresses that were sent..THAT YOU CLAIM YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE…..keep lying

All emails and recorded conversation will be on an attachment with the other service failure reports from other brokers..that will be reported to no less then 12 platforms

Our southeast network of over 175 brokers…will get this as well…not 1 will touch you again…you have reports all over the place for the same failures…as the way you did us…

I guess the gist of this is to think twice about booking with this company and if you do and are moving loads, add 6 hours or more from when you expect to be empty. Maybe then you and your driver won't be treated poorly by "one of the owners" named Ivan. It's hardly worth the headache and abuse. If you don't get unloaded on-time, are late or truck breaks down they may negatively report you. It's a liability.
