Build With Ferguson Scam No Service Just Robo Responses

No real people to assist just a run-around. but believe me you should avoid this company like a plague. They always answer a question with a question with  no real substance to what they tell you.... all on email. No person just robo cues of choose 1 thru 4 and then experiencing heavy volume no person answer.... phone ringing for 10-15 minutes and I of course hung up. Yep they are laughing that their telephone that I called is in a empty room somewhere never to be answered. 

As others have stated, some of their customer service reps are untruthful. I accept blame for not reading their reviews before placing my order. It got to where every time I communicated with them, I felt I was being scammed. Do yourself a favor and shop with your local stores as Builder Ferguson is a joke.
