Car Shield American Auto Shield Unable to claim auto repairs with full documentation, receipts etc. St Peters MO

Took my vehicle in for warranty repair. Told by American Auto Shield, The arm of repair warranties for CAR SHIELD they have to have their own service engineer come out to confirm the repairs.  This would take 24/48 hours. After not hearing anything about my truck I called the repair shop and asked if I can come to grab it.

No one called from CarShield or AAS that the service tech was out and completed my claim. I called to follow up on my claim they want 1 years wirth of records. I send in records they say the records were cutting off the reciept. I send in more records and clearly have the reciots laid out properly, they say we need it clearer and show no other documents in the photos I took.

The recipts need to fill the photo and be  amzingly clear as if they actually have the recipts in there hands. I only keep a certain amount of recepits and throw many out. The CLAUSE the will get evey customer with is Section E2. Where they say you must have 12 months or records.

They dont tell you this when you sign up they always say "No Questions Asked" BUYER BEWARE. Try to get a refund becuase of no service good luck. They should be put of of Business to practices that are suspect. Everything I sent them has my VIN# on it and the poerosn that came to check my car shouldve proivded VIN#. Im being treated like a thief and a liar.
