After erroneously renewing the contract and not honoring their online "cancel subscription" link, they then refused to refund the money citing their "no refund policy", even though it was their error. Unethical cheaters.

I wish I had read prior reviews about them before I ever tried doing business with them.

Beware - they are still at their fraudulent business practices.
