Carport No blueprints as Jackson township requested Mount Airy NC

Horrible company, I asked do i need a demolition permit to tear down the 30 feet deep by 50 feet wide stone old carriage house. Carport said no. I asked R U sure on this? Oh yea, we do this all the time. Do i need a construction permit to erect the new building? Carport said no, this is a metal building. We can start within the month. Over one year later they started. WTF, unbelievable. 3 years later the township said where is the demolition permit? I then paid for a demolition permit. That passed. Township said where is the building permit? I then paid for a building permit. I then hired a survey company to survey the whole property showing where the building was on the property to the township requirements costing $2,000. Then, i needed a blueprint showing the thickness of the metals where each beam was places showing the floor anchors etc. I called Carport they R very hard to answer the phone unless U R looking to purchase. After 2 weeks of leaving messages i left a message saying i am looking to purchase from a different phone number. Carport called me back within the hour. I explained my situation. Carport said -- We can't help U! I explained again & again i need the blueprints. Would U believe they hung up on me!. I called again & again for the next month. They never called back. "WOW" I then called an architect. He needed the paperwork showing the thickness of the metals used on this building. He said after 1 month i called and emailed Carport several times every week. My next move is i called my attorney. This is ridiculous. How could this Carport not have the plans? 

Never seen such bull crap. This company is horrible. Real bunch of jacka***s. They R fast to take $$$ then never return calls. Plus, the entrance door sticks. They used the wrong screws the head on the screws were not tapered they R flat heads sticking above the lock entrance sticking and jamming when opening and closing the door.  No 4.5 rating here. Check out the reviews a lot on 1-star ratings. No 20-year warranty here either, no friendly building specialist here either. They send down a crew of Mexicans that speak no English. What a joke this Carport is.
