I am writing to formally dispute two charges related to Fone NFT minting that I did not receive the digital goods for. Both charges, amounting to $1.07 each, were processed without delivering the promised service. I provided all the necessary information—including screenshots from my Google Play Account detailing the exact times, dates, and transaction details—expecting this to resolve the issue.

However, I was informed that my dispute was flagged as fraudulent on the grounds that I had not provided additional identification after the dispute was filed. This is perplexing since my submission clearly included snapshots of the relevant transactions, along with their timestamps. Despite these efforts, my dispute was closed without any forewarning.

**Nature of the Dispute**

I attempted to purchase and mint NFTs via Fone Network AI on Google Play using Cash App. Unfortunately, the transactions did not result in the delivery of the advertised digital goods, prompting me to file a dispute with Cash App in accordance with standard consumer procedures. Instead of conducting a fair investigation, Cash App incorrectly flagged my dispute as fraudulent and unilaterally closed my account.

**Concerns Regarding Unfair Business Practices & Regulatory Violations**

1. **Violation of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA) (15 U.S.C. § 1693):**  

   - Cash App failed to conduct a fair investigation of the disputed transactions.

   - The subsequent closure of my account appears to be an unlawful retaliation under EFTA and Regulation E (12 CFR § 1005).

2. **Violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law (Business & Professions Code § 17200):**  

   - Cash App engaged in unfair business practices by denying proper due process during the dispute resolution.

   - My account was blocked without a clear explanation or opportunity to appeal the decision.

3. **Lack of Transparency & Denial of Due Process:**  

   - Cash App has not provided any explanation for the closure of my account. Their correspondence stated that they “cannot provide further details” and are “unable to change this decision,” which is both anti-consumer and indicative of an automated, unjust procedure.

I respectfully request a thorough reexamination of my dispute and a fair resolution consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.
