Castle Windows Their advertising is a LIE Mt. Laurel New Jersey

I purchased windows and doors from Castle Windows because they offered a life-time warranty.  BEWARE their life-time warranty is a lie! 

When I had my windows replaced I mistakenly paid them too much.  Each time Castle has been out the installer does not take into account that a deposit was paid.  I ended up paying my deposit twice the first time.  I can prove this and they never recompensed me for the overage.

They also told me that they make their own windows and doors!  Well, that is a lie too. 

You would think that I would have learned my lesson, but, again, a life-time warranty is pretty hard to pass up.  I hired them to replace my front and screen door.  The salesman told me that there was only one kind of screen door.  I believed him.  I learned that that was also a lie.  They have many types of screen doors.

 I wanted a screen door that I could raise and lower the window to let in fresh air.  This has broken because the clips are plastic (CHEAP FREAKIN PLASTIC!).   They had someone come out who did not repair it properly; they then sent someone else out who told me it was broken and they would have it replaced.  So, they sent someone today who did not replace it properly.  I was told that they would not repair it, due to normal wear and tear.  This would not be an issue if their door did not contain CHEAP FREAKING PLASTIC CLIPS.

 I encourage everyone to STAY AWAY FROM CASTLE WINDOWS.  I want the money they owe me from and I want them to live up to their warranty.

This company is not worth a 10th of a star!
