CathyBuy Blouse is Color of Diarrhea; They Won't Accept it for Return Unless I "Upload Pictures with Multiple Angles" Monroe Township NJ

I ordered a casual blouse in what appeared to be "toast" color, sort of like a deeper caramel, in size XL, because I am a size 16.  The blouse arrived; the lace insert doesn't lie flat; it looks like whoever sewed it didn't do a good job and this should have been sold as an "irregular."  The fabric is of poor quality.  The color looks more like diarrhea than it does caramel.  And to top it all off...even if none of these things were true, the blouse would fit someone 2 sizes smaller than me. 

So I decided to return it, except...the label is in Chinese.  So I sent them a polite email.  I didn't even tell them what the color reminded me of.  This is the resonse I got:  "We really do apologize if you're not satisfied with the item you've received but to verify your complain you must first send a picture of the item in multiple angles while in hang so that we could determine the problem and make a documentation for this."

  I don't need them to "determine the problem."  I already explained it.  Am I expected to have someone take pictures of me in my bra, trying to get into a blouse that clearly cannot fit me?  And if the blouse showed up in its true color, I never would have bought the lousy thing in the first place.  PS:  the address shown in my complaint is where it shipped from.
