Mark and his company seemed very competent and likeable. He recommended a reverse osmosis system at a cost of $11,400. We agreed and it was installed. Thats' where the problems began. 

First, he failed in a number of huge ways:

1) he failed to size the installation to the usage. We used much more water than could be easily stored.
2) He failed to turn on the calcium system, which would have led to damage if the system was run for any length of time.
3) Most importantly, he failed to inform us that if the calcium system he installed failed, it would irreparably damage copper pipes and cause millions of dollars in costs in just a few months.

When we requested a refund, he refused unless we released him from ALL LIABILITY. We were forced to sue him. He just should have refunded the purchase and we all would have been fine. But he didn't. He forced us to spend months with lawyers in court.
