CleanNet USA stole our $2,000.00 Franchise Down Payment Houston Texas

We went to buy a janitorial franchise from Cleaned of Houston on June 6, 2024, our down payment of $2,000.00 was put down on July 16, 2024 to make the contract finalized. After we put down the down payment we never heard back from the national director of operations (Theo D. Sierra) We spoke to Theo Sierra on the phone on July 10,2024, he stated that we will have a cleaning contract in August. Since we had over 24 years in the cleaning industry we would not have to go through the full training, after we paid the down payment we have not heard from Theo for over 3 months.

We called, emailed left voice messages and no return call! CleanNet of Houston is an unprofessional franchise company. NEVER BUY A CLEANING FRANCHISE FROM THIS COMPANY. Since September we have been requesting our money back and they are not giving us our franchise cancellation agreement and our money back! Theo said we have to wait for 120 days after our "OFFER PERIOD" to receive the money back, we have been waiting now for over 152 days now. We contacted corporate in Maryland to make a complaint, we sent an email and left a message for Theo Boss, no return email or call, there is NO customer service! Do not waste your time buying a cleaning franchise from this company you will be sorry! There is other cleaning franchise out there that will support you and help build your business. Again, Never Buy A Cleaning Franchise from this company! They stole our MONEY! Now we will be taken legal action on this CleanNet of Houston (CleanNet USA)
