I purchased a subscription for close friends on Instagram. The subscription was 7.99USD and supposedly after 24hrs I would be added to the close friends and if I was not added they would not charge my credit card. I received an email saying that my Instagram username was not valid and to contact the support team, I got in touch with them, but I did not get any response from them. Later I realised that my credit card was charged, however I was not added to the close friends as promised.

I tried to reach them again and this time I got through, but they are saying that I am subscribed and they won’t refund my money. I sent them proof that I was not added and they stopped responded my messages. Now they have my credit card info and all I ask is for the refund and the cancelation of this so-called subscription.
