Contractors State License Board Must Be Investigated and Held Accountable for Corruption and Abuse Norwalk CA

The California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) has completely failed in its duty to uphold fair, lawful, and unbiased practices. Instead, it has become a corrupt and abusive agency hiding behind the legal immunity of its staff — immunity which they abuse without consequence. The CSLB is not just incompetent — it is actively engaging in misconduct, fraudulent investigations, and discriminatory targeting, especially against Israeli-owned companies.

The conduct of Registrar David Fogt, along with Conway Daniel, Matt Boeck, Arlene Borboa, Ubaldo Sanchez, and Adriana, has been nothing short of biased and retaliatory. These individuals have weaponized their positions to destroy businesses rather than protect consumers. In my case, they orchestrated a campaign of false accusations, using Sergio Alvarado to fabricate claims against my company. This disgraceful conduct culminated in a physical altercation involving their own investigator Amanda Martinez, further proving how out of control and unprofessional this agency has become.

Industry “experts” hired by the CSLB were complicit, inserting violations into cases based on work that was never included in signed contracts, just to justify shutting down companies. This is not consumer protection — it’s a targeted takedown, guided by vendettas and protected by immunity.

Worse, they’ve repeatedly abandoned my legitimate consumer complaints — while hypocritically preaching that “no abandonment is allowed.” Their actions show a pattern of selective enforcement and racial targeting, with an internal department reportedly focused on targeting Israeli-owned businesses. If this isn’t discriminatory abuse of power, what is?

The CSLB is not following the laws it was created to enforce. Instead, it’s acting as a rogue agency, serving its own agenda, protected by legal shields, and funded by taxpayer dollars. This agency must be defunded, its leadership indicted, and its culture of corruption exposed. Californians deserve better than this unchecked abuse of authority.
