CURTIS INTERNATIONAL LTD Walmart sells a TV called an RCA and some other names all controlled by Curtis International Ltd. in Canada. We gave an RCA 43 Lead me to believe they honor their warranty but have not in over two month. MISSISSAUGA Ontario

Gave my grandsons a 43" RCA TV for Christmas of 21 and in July it stopped working. After asking for the same data twice they have not answered an email. I submitted my clain on 07/18 or so asking for information.

I provided everything they requested including scraching the screen with their reference number. They claim they will decide what they want to do within 20 days on whether they will refund or replace. After 30 days (8/20/22) they stopped responding and I have not heard from them again.

I have since purchased a replacement of a different brand.
