Kathleen Delaney Indianapolis attorney acted unprofessionally and in our opinion, committed malpractice. Kathleen Delaney and the firm, Delaney & Delaney acted egregious and certainly, in our opinion, unfair dealing and breached fiduciary duty. Kathleen Delaney and Delaney & Delaney started to abandoned a case with barely any notice.
This forced unfavorable settlement. This we feel was unfair and pretty disgusting. We feel like this firm pretty much crapped on our litigationKathleen Delaney of Delaney & Delaney Indianapolis screwed us with no regard. After what I have witnessed, I can say that in my opinion, the firm Delaney & Delaney and Kathleen Delaney can do more harm than good.
I think Kathleen Delaney is a selfish, egregious lawyer with no regard for human decency. A lawyer can make or break your case. An attorney can help you or really screw up your litigation. People like Kathleen Delaney and the firm Delaney & Delaney, Indianapolis in my opinion can not be trusted.
