Dille Dental, PLLC Dille Dental, Refused service because I followed their own contract Weiser Idaho

Very unprofessional. Borderline... illegal... Doesn't even understand their own written contracts and definitely doesn't understand Hippa. I was harassed by their secretary after asking for a clear legit copy of their Hippa consent form. I was greeted with rude comments, told that they wouldn't see my son, unless I signed it. I'm 100% sure they have to be able to provide the Hippa information when asked for it. They've changed this paperwork 2x trying to get me to sign it. Even though it explicitly states on it I do not have to sign it. If they cant follow their own contracts let alone basic Hippa requirements how do you expect them to safe guard your medical records? Their website has at least 2 0 day vulnerabilities that if acted upon could probably yield some fruitful data for a bad actor. I advise you all to read that document and then check the actual Hippa guidelines that state they need to provide the full information, have it listed on their website, etc. If you become a victim of the data breaches they have enabled you are to blame as this review clearly stated they have willfully ignored their responsibilities to safe guard their patiences records. Each violation is a 50-60k fine. Not only was this an issue but they also made very rude comments regarding what they thought to be my family's income and called us poor... I tried to bring some of these issues to the dentist and he basically was nodding off and didn't care. I advise you all to move to a better dentist. I have reported them to several agencies and will be actively trying to ensure no patients of theirs data is leaked due to their negligence. I can back up my claims. I also never agreed to be contacted via sms but was still contacted numerous times even after confirming an appointment which they refused to do because they don't understand their own contracts.
