Roseville Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine This physician told me employer I was unfit to go back to work and he gave me a return to work letter lying that I could go back. Now I'm forced to pay for a CPAP machine that I can't afford and medication he assigned to me and I used my last money. Thanks what a great physician. Roseville, Michigan
