Tucson Orthopedic Doctor's Office: Orthopedic Office Refuses to make an appointment for my fiance Tucson, Arizona

They had the nerve to text my fiance; stating this is the last attempt that they are going to make to set an appointment for him? When it even shows on the text message -This is is the 1st and only text that he received.  He has not received a phone call neither a text or any communication to set up an appointment for him.

This office is beyond incompetent and needs to hire a stable medical staff that knows how to make appointments?  And make sure you educate them on how and what they are supposed to do in their job? So they can do their job properly?  This is pathetic and I will post the text message that they left for him and what he responded to them.  Why are you doing this to my fiancee? and I am helping him out, (because this Dr's office's reception desk does not know what they are doing. I do not know how this medical office stays in business?  because when he calls the number that they provided; it rings twice and then it just hangs up on them. He cannot even leave a message. This is completely Pathetic: they do not even know their phone services broken?  You get better medical service in the jungles of Africa and Mexico.
