Ordered from Direct Gardening,   3 Blue Girl Hybrid tea roses,  1 Senoir Prom, 1 Mon Cheri,     AND recieved,   3 Peace roses, 1 Pink Treasure, 1 Red Treasure, 1 Pope John Paul, 1 Hotel California.    All of the roses that were shipped,  were disgusting!  

Broken canes, slimy black buds, mold, totally unacceptable!  Sent the shipping label and letter of discription,  and,    was sent back a letter of denial.   What the _uck?   honestly,  I have never recieved anything like this!

The product is WRONG! and,  in TERRIBLE condition!  And to add salt to the wound,  they denied me reimbursement!   What happened to pleasing the customer?   Jamie Kaufmann

Burgess seed and plant four seasons,kelly nurseries direct gardening placed orders from 3 online seed companies and most are mixed up etc tracking numbers dont match the orders contents found out the 3 companies are all under one roof yet send out their own catalogs. big fraud bloomington illinois
