Horrific belligerent customer service. And ExecutiveManagement are cowards they never come forward and fix anything.

i've had nonstop problems with Di Strom kid and Diestro lock. You proved to them something is not working like you upload 10 songs and each one is rejected saying there's existing fingerprint when it's completely new you send that to customer service proof and they keep coming back saying can you show us proof or they'll say let us show you Software so that you can make a recording anything except address the actual issue it's like they don't even read the email.

Additionally, they owe me money now for two years and I can't get to the bank and they won't do anything but you can't get to their bank scenario even though they've reported a 1099 so they ripped me off for money and they have no customer service for anything else.

The absolute worst distributor to go to. I have contacted regulators to have them shut down since a PRO performing rights organizations Licensed, if enough of us complain, we can shut them down
