DOORDASH Unrefunded non-delivered order San Francisco california

January 30th I ordered wine threw doordash.com from a local Grocery store, the driver called me and said she knocked and run my door bell and my husband never answered to except the delivery.  She stated she will have to take the order back to the store. My husband said no one knocked or rang the bell and she did not return the order.

Doordash said because this has happened a few times before they refused to returned my funds.  Now I have to be inconvienced and cancel my card and dispute the charge I am so annoyed and will never order anything from them again.
