Durrand D Lardge is one of walmart's politically correct hires- had Walmart backround checked Durrand Lardge before hiring him into a supervisory position, they would have found his drug related arrest in  Texas, his failed weaponization of  a  civil restraining order and his  being named in civil lawsuits  all easily searchable by anyone.  I had worked under Durrand's supervision and his behavior patterns are a major reason  why I and some of my colleagues left our careers with walmart. Durrand  has an indecent, nasty and hateful personality and has been observed showing patterns of racism towards Asian, Hispanic and White people, treating these people with great disrespect. Assigning unfair workloads to people he despises knowing it is impossible for one team member to complete the work of three. Unfair write ups, negative feedback, emotional and verbal abuse and occasional racial slurs. Durrand is a slippery , slimy and manipulatave person and knows how to cover up his actions through lies and denial and playing the race card. Durrand braggs about being fastracked for a 200k per year managment position with Walmart. With his abusive personality, hed run the store into the ground very quickly  Walmart is also to blame for hiring, covering up and enabling an abusive, racist and hateful man in the name of politicial correctness. Not sure how Walmart doesn't file for  divorce with their mesearble marriage to Durrand D Lardge
