Eharmony Customer care They are charging for a subscription that I immediately cancelled at the time of sign up Internet

I was shopping a dating site. I happened on Eharmony. The problem is you cannot see what they offer unless you sign up. So, I signed up to view the site. The site was not what I expected. It was subpar, so within minutes I canceled the subscription. Othe only option they have to cancel is to stop renewal. There is no other way to contact them. I did find an email on an unrelated site and sent an email, but they never responded to it.

Now they are outright lying and trying to say I did not cancel and have been charging me monthly. This is obviously fraud the way they set this up. There should be a clear way to contact them but there is not.

These people have a very unpopular site and are stealing people’s money with their policies.

They don’t want to lose money if you don’t like the service, so they make it almost impossible to cancel. I was never given an option to cancel, so I had to use whatever means I found. which they ignored to get the money without any services ever used.

I want to make sure others don’t fall for this scam! Even their coraspondance through the BBB does not have any contact information. What a pure scam!!! I still at the time of writeing have not found a formal canelation method provided. That should be right on the home page!
