Bought assassin's creed valhalla on the November 13th, was hacked on the 15th. Someone played my game for several hours. I was told by ubisoft that i was hacked. My hame was now permanently in Japanese from the hacker. Ubisoft told to me to ask for a refund from the epic games store because they couldn't fix the language change. The elic games store is now refusing my refund becauze they r saying ive play the game more than 2 hours which is 1.of the refund rules,  which i knew. They still r refusing my refund even after being sent screenshots of clear hacking evidence. Try not to buy anything fro. These scam artist. Trying to be like steam, but without the customer services.
