Family Time Would not refund

Installed Family Time app on parent cell phone and child's phone. It never worked properly. Customer support seemed to be responsive, offering solutions but even after following instructions the app never worked. "Solutions" from support became repetitive: uninstall/reinstall, sync again, get update, Wait 1-2 hours for connection to update.

Spent one week working with them to make product work, it never did. I requested a refund, they approved and said it would take 1 to 2 weeks to process.

Four weeks later I inquired about refund and that started 3 months of the same responses: Sorry for the inconvenience, request has been forwarded to billing, process has been started, processing will take 1-2 weeks. It finally occurred to me to report the situation to Paypal, through which I had paid for the app. They handled properly through their own procedure and i was finally refunded my purchase price.

Do not try this app.
