You cannot talk to them by phone and ONLY email them and they are useless and the worst compared to a few of the other NJ online casinos where you can speak to a live person or casino host/staff! This is supposed to be regulated online gaming but its obviously only regulated to benefit the house, NOT the player, at all!

They should be REQUIRED to have a phone number to call in real time (while playing) if there is an issue! After all, were talking about playing with hard earned money and this whole process should be monitored. Their slots should be audited by 3rd party auditors to ENSURE the games are FAIR ! Trust me theyre not!

They are so rigged to take our money its really pathetic.

I cant even get a VIP slot host there despite how many times I requested one via email! They only want your money and could care less about the loyal player! Then they offer me a lousy bonus or deposit match only AFTER I've lost hundreds of dollars in a single session. This practice by them can't be called LEGAL just because it's regulated here in NJ by the NJDGE. They should require them to have direct contact by phone to casino AND corporate office in NY.
