FedEx 80% failure rate to deliver packages Memphis Tennessee

I'm so sick of these lazy, lying bastards. Now that's just my opinion, as is all the rest of this, as far as my feelings about their character.  For years they have failed to deliever literally 80% of our packages to our home. While we reside in a rural area directly off a major state route, we are at the end of the route, and so, unless there are multiple deliveries, the drivers are too lazy to stop. They flat out lie and make up excuses so that they can get back home and off the clock. My wife and I have watched on several occasions as, on a clear day without a cloud in the sky, the FedEx van zip by without stopping and then you immediately get the lying 'weather problem' or 'security exception' or 'local problem' of even the 'refused delivery' text. 

I guess that if you don't throw yourself in front of a speeding truck or try to chase it down on foot, that meets the criteria of 'refusing delievery'. 

Once they tried to say they were threatned by our dog. Again, we watched them speed by without slowing down....with the dog (a viscous labrarador retriever that seldon gets off the couch) in the house. Oh I know, the dog used her Jedi mind powers to scare the driver. I'm sure he got so upset, peed on himself, and then went home to consul himself by playing video games in his mother's basement and smoking pot! That's a parady of course, but sometimes I wonder if these people  aren't smoking something. 

My understanding is that the FedEx folks consider my community to be 'poor white trash' and treat us accordingly. I think that like anywhere, there's some crappy folks, but the vast majority of us are good people. I spend 12 years in the Army to be treated like crap by what I consider (my opinion) to be lazt, elitistis jerks. 

I want these people to never set folk on my property again and to never handle or deliver any of my things. As far as I am concerned, they can deliver to the beautiful people on the golf course. We don't seem to be good enough.
