First Progress Did not close account and charge fees wrongly Sioux Falls SD

Account was closed 2024 but they reported to all credit bureaus as open and in default of payment for months trying to charge me fees. This was a prepaid account and my credit is ruined across all three credit agencies because they will not take off or correct this. Prepaid accounts closed oweing nothing with a history of paying every month on time . Now I have a made up history from them not closing the accounts and racking up fees for me to pay. Then on top of that they are reporting more accounts than I actually had. I have been trying to get this resolved for months only to have corespondece with them coming back with all sorts of different infotmation and reporting. The credit bureaus will not fix becasue they are contracted with them to make money by reporting. This is fraudulent all the way around and I am so frustrated. I cant imagine what they try and get by with all the time doing this to people. Collecting money after basically bullying them into paying fees and ruining peoples credit. Beware of them. They are crooked and they try and operate like they are legally collecting. They are not. This is a mess and should be investigated.
