Florida Window & Door Expect a long wait for your order Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Ordered One window and one door in November 2012. In Feb 2013 got the install. What a hackjob. They tell you when you order you will just have to paint. The concrete stucco mess they caked onto painted stucco did not stick. I had to scrape for hours around the window and restucco. Inside I had to replace moldings. They cut my alarm wires, sheetrock mud them into the wall and tell you to call your alarm company. They left a mess in the yard and a mess in the driveway. The slider screen handel hits the handel of the slider. (total design flaw)

Called them about these problems and they tell you that they will look into it and call you back. When I called a week later they said "we will call you back" Still have not called me back. I found out that they overcharged me for a permit and their prices are HIGHER than other impact glass installers. $5000. for one door and one window installed 3 months after order.  Now add my time to clean up, redo stucco, moldings, paint and have an alarm co install sensors.
