I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend because her father died on 4/15.  I have chatted and called 1800 flowers numerous time and paid for delivery and they originally scheduled the delivery for 5/15 over a month from when i ordered which was not correct.   after hours of trying to contact them and leaving my number on chat someone gave me an order number which was incorrect (cannot track), and said they rescheduled for 5/1, my friend still has not received and i can't get the CHAT to open and had to leave my callback number because you can't get anyone on the phone.  I even email them from the site and still have not had a response.
