 I bought this company’s plan after taking a quiz and watching an extensive video that made me feel comfortable. Throughout the video, the host, Dr Gehatever the hell, advertises clearly a 100% money back guarantee on this wonderful plan, which is still offering a 50% discount! Lucky me! When you are already wrapped in the bullshit and click “go ahead and rip me off”, a pop up upgrade package with the most shady, deceiving verbiage in the history of the Inter web comes up -

some books and sugar pills and what not. Doesn’t even talk about pricing clearly (stupid me, lucky them - another one bites the dust). So you go on thinking you are gonna do great with this and keep going. And then they send you a text! “Here is the app! Have fun”… they forget to mention the site sucks as much as their staff and won’t work either.

Within TWO hours of the transaction and once I realized the plan went from $40 to $305, I contacted them for the third time and said “excuse me… but this is not going to work for me. Cancel it and refund me”. Nope. Shantel has the courage to say “no, no… when Dr Gwhateverthehell says 100% money back guarantee, he really means 13% money back guarantee”. Oh, and tell them you will file a charge back - Shantell will tell you “oh sure! (With an emoji!!!) we will go right back to it with our faulty policy to fight it… bye”.

I intend to go after my money like i work very hard for it and I will go as far as it takes to fight these deceiving, abusive, scam of a website. Do not spend your money on this. This is consumer protection violation 101. Small, unidentifiable lettering, no clear pricing or expectation… they eat up your debit card and spit you right out. Shantel - I am sorry your work for this joke of a place. I’m sure de Gwhateverthehell has his belly full, sleeps on a comfortable, cozy bed and you are simply earning a paycheck but… if you have half of a soul… leave. You guys are scum.
