This company is a total scam....unable to contact them by email as I keep getting the message I did not type in the correct code....which I did....I tried several times with witnesses. Tried calling and that was even a bigger serving of BS than trying to email. They should be banned from doing business in the United States since apparently Canadians have no morals or business ethics!!!!!!!!!

Tracking number I was given does not show any activity other than the day I ordered and they had no problem taking it out of my account the day I ordered. If this the bestgrandma.....feel sorry for the grandchildren....what a ripoff!!!!!
