Grubhub Refusal to Refund Chicago IL

I am writing to report an issue with my recent Grubhub order totaling $65.48, which I did not receive. Despite contacting customer service, I was informed that a refund will not be issued, which I find unacceptable given the circumstances. The driver never attempted to contact me, and I was left without the food I paid for. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I am disappointed in the lack of resolution.
