This isn't about PELLA, it's Gunton Corp , a dba in Cleveland. Worked here over a decade, not cause I loved it. Because I couldn't leave and let them keep my hard earned money. They have what I believe is an illegal pay structure,  I was in sales and once a sale is made 99% of commission jobs pay you half upfront . Usually 3-5% of total, not gunton they make you wait till it's installed. I had jobs they held commissions for over a year because they messed up the stain & customer didn't wanna pay 100% till it was fixed, they purposely didn't stain cause he wouldn't pay till it was done! I don't blame him. They have 15 + sales reps owed 1,000,000 in commission roughly 55-75k per rep.  It's insanely greedy and unlike anywhere I've ever worked , I also have colleagues at other window companies and I can confirm these shady practices are a GUNTON THING ONLY! If PELLA Corp knew they would probably dissolve the partnership. There are so many things being done to hurt the salesperson. They also do commissions reductions without notifying the rep of the reason, when I asked Jeff dim he said all reps are guilty till proven innocent when it comes to the reason for a reduction, once again NO OTHER COMPANIES DO THIS. They also as of 3-4 years ago take reductions on jobs you haven't even been paid on yet. So if I make a mistake on a sale today, they take it out of my most recent commissions, not in 7 months when I actually get paid on it! Once again ITS IMPOSSIBLE THIS IS LEGAL. I swear it's part of their annual budget, how much can they steal from the sales reps.  Here's the icing on the cake, they held  between 4-10k in bonuses from each rep, so hundreds of thousands total for not having enough GOOGLE REVIEWS! Permanently held. They don't roll over to 2023. They have had record years 3 years in a row and now they let go of 8-10 people who are owed a lot of money they are gonna keep after 90 days.  IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A JOB DONT GO HERE! EVERY OTHER WINDOW COMPANY IN CLEVELAND IS BETTER THEN THIS DUMP
