I need to share my experience with Hairclub's Xtrands+ program, and it’s a cautionary tale for anyone considering their services. Their promise of a "Commitment to Satisfaction" is nothing but a facade.

After spending a significant amount of money, I encountered serious issues with the hairpieces—glue problems, poor texture, and color mismatches. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Hairclub refused to honor their supposed guarantee and only offered me complete runarounds, instead of the refund I rightfully deserve.

I feel cheated and frustrated. If you're thinking about using Hairclub, beware! Their satisfaction guarantee is a scam, and you could lose your hard-earned money. Look elsewhere to protect yourself!
