The same thing happened to me a few years ago and you would think that it couldn't happen again but it did. I asked for a refund from My Heritage for not fulfilling their product specifications online. ( I purchased one of their products and cannot use some of their offered services ) .... and instead of refunding me, They tried to debit my account for over $100 ...Fortunately, my bank didn't let them do it and asked me to contact them to see about whether it was legitimate. They are a scammy service and I highly doubt not recommend them. You cannot get real customer service from them either.
